The team operates with a startup mindset in a fast paced, evolving environment where product managers drive both strategy and execution. This role sits at the center of a high growth business, working closely with Engineering and cross functional stakeholders to optimize product performance and deliver measurable revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or internal products that enable consumer‑facing experiences (ensures ability to scale platform capabilities effectively)

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to articulate tradeoffs and decisions (required for driving alignment across stakeholders)
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, synthesize incomplete inputs, and drive initiatives end‑to‑end (supports delivery in a fast‑paced, evolving environment)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus (or equivalent experience demonstrating depth in product strategy and execution)
  • Experience using product performance metrics (adoption, usage, cost, reliability) to drive prioritization and decision‑making
  • Strong capability in creating structured product documentation such as PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on platform and system enhancements
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics for product performance evaluation and opportunity identification

Nice To Haves

  • Start‑up experience, ideally at a high‑growth financial technology company
  • Experience with data‑heavy products, financial analysis, or risk‑based decisioning
  • Experience owning full‑stack products
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for productizing and streamlining systems that power the Offers ecosystem, enabling scale, reusability, and self‑service capabilities across Core, Cloud, and Offers Management

  • Strengthen platform capabilities to support reliable scale across new countries, partners, and use cases without linear increases in engineering or operational cost
  • Improve operational efficiency by learning systems and processes and identifying ways to streamline
  • Lead shift from bespoke execution to platform‑first delivery by defining clear standards, reusable capabilities, and guardrails for product development
  • Partner with Engineering and senior leaders to shape long‑term product and technical decisions, prioritizing durable platform investments over short‑term custom solutions
