Product Manager, Network Rules & Governance

InvestCloud, Inc.•New York, NY
•$165,000 - $195,000

About The Position

Altic is a rules-based operational network that enables private markets to operate within managed accounts at scale. The Product Manager, Network Rules & Governance will own Altic’s rulebook, technical specification, and participant agreement as products, accountable for their content, evolution, approval, and adoption across the network. The role will formalize the governance framework for changing the rules and establish and run the committee structure that governs them. The position works between legal, engineering, and network participants. It translates agreed legal positions into requirements that technical product and engineering teams can build against, and helps participants reach agreement on rules. It also advocates for and teaches the rulebook, leads participant forums, and ensures that changes are understood and implemented across the network. The role will help build a change-management capability to capture participant feedback, assess the impact of proposed changes, and shorten the path from issue to published rule. It will also prototype and use AI, no-code, and low-code tools to automate parts of rule change, impact analysis, drafting, consistency checking, and feedback synthesis. The position is part of InvestCloud’s work on Altic and its private-markets network.
