Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Science, Engineering, Business).
  • 3–5 years of experience in medical device product management or marketing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to hospital procurement processes and tender submissions.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and margins.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and business systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary voice of the customer, gathering insights from clinicians and sales teams.
  • Translate market needs into product enhancements and new development opportunities.
  • Maintain and evolve product roadmaps aligned with market demand and business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with customer needs and profitability targets.
  • Oversee product updates and lifecycle changes with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Support competitive positioning and value proposition development.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing complex bid submissions and tenders.
  • Ensure product positioning aligns with pricing strategy and competitive dynamics.
  • Support sales enablement through clear messaging and product knowledge.
  • Build demand models and forecasts to support inventory planning and supply chain alignment.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.
  • Use data to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives.
