About The Position

As Product Manager, Measurement Experience, you will own the end-to-end design and delivery of Vantage’s measurement and reporting surface. You will define how campaign performance data flows from retailer data pipes through the platform and to brand and agency teams through a unified dashboard and reusable, configurable reports. The role focuses on integrating with retailers’ existing attribution and measurement frameworks, consolidating data from multiple sources into a consistent reporting layer, and creating flexible platform architecture that can adapt to different retailer models. You will work closely with retailer data partners, engineering, and customer success to make measurement a competitive strength. Vantage is a unified platform for retail media orchestration, enabling enterprise retailers to activate onsite, offsite, and in-store advertising. It operates across North America and Asia-Pacific and supports retailers in launching and growing media networks through scalable technology and automated workflows. Vantage is headquartered in Toronto and is a remote-first team. Vantage is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and provides reasonable accommodations to applicants upon request. AI-enabled tools may support organizing, screening, and assessing applications, but hiring decisions are made by Vantage’s team. Candidates advancing to the final hiring stages must successfully complete a criminal background check.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of product management experience with clear ownership of data-intensive or reporting products.
  • Experience managing multiple data integrations simultaneously and balancing customization requests with a scalable, multi-tenant platform roadmap.
  • Track record of aligning external data partners on integration approach and timelines without controlling their roadmaps or engineering backlogs.
  • Familiarity with retail media measurement frameworks, including closed-loop attribution, ROAS, and incrementality, and the data infrastructure underpinning them.
  • Fluency in data concepts such as schemas, joins, latency, and data normalization sufficient to discuss technical trade-offs with data engineers.
  • Experience building self-serve reporting or analytics experiences for audiences with varied levels of sophistication.
  • Comfort driving execution in a startup environment, including writing tickets, obtaining answers, and shipping without waiting for a complete brief.

Nice To Haves

  • Product management experience in retail media; AdTech or MarTech experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Own product definition for connecting Vantage to retailer data pipes, including API and data-feed evaluation, ingestion schema design, transformation logic, and data-quality monitoring.
  • Translate retailer data models into a normalized format for the broader platform and define an abstraction layer to simplify future integrations.
  • Establish data freshness standards and reconciliation processes, and own tooling that identifies data health issues before clients notice them.
  • Define how transaction feeds, impression logs, audience signals, and other retailer data are consolidated into a unified, query-ready reporting layer.
  • Own reusable report and dashboard infrastructure, including templates, filters, breakdowns, and export formats for brand and agency use cases.
  • Work toward enabling standard reporting automatically when a new retailer integration launches, through configuration rather than engineering work.
  • Drive the UI and dashboard experience used by brand media teams, defining defaults, visualizations, and progressive disclosure for users with varied levels of analytical sophistication.
  • Partner with customer success and solutions teams to turn recurring reporting requests into platform features rather than one-off exports.
  • Lead retailer data conversations and align stakeholders on integration approach, data availability, and timelines.
  • Balance customization requests across retailer relationships and decide what belongs in the platform versus what remains a one-off.
  • Translate client reporting pain points gathered through customer success into the product backlog and deliver solutions before they become churn risks.

Benefits

  • Home office support
  • Annual company retreats
  • Flexible work philosophy and remote-friendly setup
