About The Position

Lifelong is Verily’s longitudinal research program that enables individuals to contribute to science while managing their own health. As the Product Manager for Study Experience, you will create high-impact features that allow our life science partners to harness the power of Lifelong. This solutions oriented role will own the design and implementation of features and capabilities that allow sponsors to configure, track, analyze, and adjust their research goals within Lifelong. You will combine your understanding of clinical research with Lifelong’s novel approach to evidence generation to create new and exciting experiences for study sponsors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager within B2B enterprise SaaS, enterprise data platforms, or health tech.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of healthcare data standards such as FHIR, OMOP, and clinical terminologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills that can motivate and influence other teams to action.
  • Experience with clinical research study management is highly desired
  • Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with clinical research, real world data and privacy preserving records linkage approaches.
  • Experience working with UX to research and design new enterprise workflows.
  • Proficiency in utilizing agentic AI tools, from coding assistants to prototyping agents, to accelerate product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the Study Experience by defining the vision and roadmap for how customers and sponsors interact with Lifelong.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, and partner with engineering to build and iterate toward intuitive and high impact features.
  • Drive alignment with cross functional teams across data management, informatics and quantitative science to deliver unique customer solutions and studies powered by Lifelong.
  • Partner with commercial and customer success teams to define and deliver on specific customer programs.
