The Product Manager, Leads is responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap for Volvo Cars' lead generation capabilities across all US digital touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of digital product management, data, and commercial performance — defining, building, and optimizing the features and experiences that drive high-quality leads through the funnel and into the hands of retailers. This Manager will work closely with engineering, analytics, marketing, and retailer teams to ensure that every stage of the lead funnel — from initial engagement to conversion — is instrumented, optimized, and continuously improved through a product-led approach.
