The Product Manager II is responsible for the execution of digital products that enable Ulteig’s business. Ulteig defines digital transformation as the deliberate use of digital technologies to modify or create business processes, customer experiences, and enabling organizational culture in response to or anticipation of changes in the market, customer insights, and business needs. This role translates business needs and customer insights into actionable products and clear product requirements, serving as the single point of accountability for maximizing long-term business value. The Product Manager owns the product lifecycle by defining the strategic “why” and “what” in the roadmap, and partnering with delivery teams to translate priorities into successful outcomes. By collaborating across functions, they drive impactful solutions that advance Ulteig’s digital transformation objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes through data-driven decision-making and agile practices. Success in this role is measured by product adoption, business impact, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
