Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in product management
• Experience building B2B2C products
• Experience defining interactive user experiences for desktop or web applications.
• Ability to create product mockups, specifications, and user flows using modern AI tools
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Experience driving products from concept to launch in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Solid product and UX thinking, with attention to details and end-to-end user flows.
• Experience or solid interest in working with data science teams to define AI evaluation criteria, success metrics, and product quality benchmarks.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and workflows.
• Solid communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in education technology (EdTech), learning platforms, or classroom-related products.
• Experience working on global products.
• Background in Psychology, Learning Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), design, or related fields.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering, design, and research teams to define intuitive, engaging, and impactful product experiences across desktop and web platforms.
