Product Manager II

Garner HealthNew York, NY
$143,000 - $170,000Hybrid

About The Position

Garner is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join their Data Ecosystem team. This role will report to the Product Lead for Data Ecosystem. This team owns the infrastructure and data that powers Garner’s transformative approach to delivering high-quality and affordable care. In this role, you’ll be given wide-ranging responsibility to shape how Garner ingests and governs the data that powers its business and how they ensure quality and security from the start. Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign how healthcare works. They apply proprietary clinical metrics across specialties to a large dataset of patients to identify the best-performing doctors and use incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster. This approach results in better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In five years, Garner's work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. The company has recently raised its Series E and has doubled five years running. This is an opportunity to solve a problem that touches every person in the country by fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. and using AI to scale that impact.
