Essential Job Duties This role sits at the center of BambooHR’s Training and Learning Management strategy within our HRIS product management team. You will own the product strategy and execution for experiences that help customers assign, automate, track, and report on employee learning across compliance training, onboarding, and ongoing development. You’ll build for multiple user groups: HR and People Ops teams who need simple administration and strong reporting, managers who need visibility into progress and readiness, and employees who need a clear, intuitive learning experience that fits naturally into their work. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Data, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and adjacent BambooHR product teams to ensure learning experiences are deeply connected to core HRIS workflows and employee data. This is a high-autonomy role on a collaborative team for a PM who enjoys solving complex workflow problems and turning them into elegant, scalable product experiences.
