About The Position

Ensures accountable decisions are taken at the right level in the organization, and individuals making decisions are suitably informed about the level of legal risk on all legal related matters. Establishes integrated systems for the administration and deployment of strategic Human Resource information, programs, and service. Focuses on increasing the capacity to streamline workflows; maximize accuracy, reliability, and validity of workforce data; and ease deployment and collection of data and information. Committed to the integrity and security of employee data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversees databases, software, and computer systems that used to manage human resources
  • Provides technical expertise and analytical support on administration, implementation and execution of all information, business processes and system requirements related to the Human Resources department
  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization
  • Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management
