As a Product Manager II, you help streamline the workflow of non-emergency and emergency phone calls with related multi-media interactions. Our Community Engagement and 9-1-1 systems power Communication Centers that keep communities safe. In this role, you own the delivery of detailed product strategy for a focused set of solutions, managing the backlog, setting feature priorities, and analyzing product usage and adoption data. This position is both strategic and hands-on — balancing product direction with day-to-day prioritization to ensure our products continue to lead the industry.
