As the Product Manager on our Order Communications team, you’ll shape the experiences that represent Best Buy during one of the most critical moments in the customer journey: order fulfillment and post-purchase engagement. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, design, operations, customer care, supply chain, and marketing to deliver clear, trusted, and proactive communications that build customer confidence and brand loyalty. You’ll balance customer needs, data, and operational realities to drive meaningful, scalable product outcomes. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.
