About The Position

Warner Bros. Games Montréal is seeking a Product Manager, Identity & Audience Platform. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of WB Games’ player identity and audience management capabilities, enabling a unified, data-driven foundation for player account creation, engagement, analytics, and activation across mobile, console, and PC games. This role sits at the intersection of player identity (WB Games Account), account linking with first- and third-party services, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) audience enablement. You will drive improvements to account creation and linking funnels, define integration standards for studios and partners, and ensure identity data is leveraged effectively to support scalable audience creation and activation across WB Games and the broader WBD ecosystem. You will work closely with WB Games studios, central engineering teams, analytics partners, publishing, design, and external platforms to translate business and studio needs into platform capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with deep experience in identity systems, data platforms, analytics, and developer-facing products, and is comfortable operating across both technical and business domains.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in product management, preferably on platform, identity, or data-centric products.
  • Demonstrated experience working with identity systems, authentication/account linking, or customer data platforms.
  • Experience partnering with analytics and data teams, with the ability to define metrics, evaluate funnels, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proven experience working with developer-facing products, SDKs, APIs, or integration guidelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap ownership, and prioritization skills.
  • Solid understanding of user identity, account systems, and data organization concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with funnels, metrics, and audience performance data.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building clarity across complex platform systems.
  • High standards for product quality, data integrity, scalability, and privacy-aware design.
  • Ability to balance long-term platform strategy with near-term studio and business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with game development teams across mobile, console, and PC is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with live service environments, player lifecycle management, or audience activation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, integration strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the WB Games Account (WBGA) identity platform across mobile, console, and PC titles.
  • Own account creation and account linking experiences with first-party and third-party services, focusing on funnel optimization, reliability, and player experience.
  • Partner with analytics teams to continuously measure identity funnel performance, identify drop-offs or friction points, and drive data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain clear integration guidelines, SDK requirements, and best practices for studios and external partners implementing identity and linking flows.
  • Work closely with studios, design, QA, and engineering teams to ensure integrations are correctly implemented, tested, and compliant with platform standards.
  • Coordinate launches, validate implementations, and report on performance and outcomes post-integration.
  • Own the roadmap for CDP features related to player profile enrichment, audience definition, and downstream audience activation.
  • Partner with publishing, WB Analytics (WBA), studios, and other WBD entities to define and onboard new identity-driven attributes usable for audience creation.
  • Translate business and studio needs into clear requirements for audience definitions, segmentation logic, and delivery expectations.
  • Work closely with the CDP engineering team to ensure audiences are reliably built, validated, and delivered to internal and external partners.
  • Evangelize CDP capabilities across WB Games and partner teams, enabling self-service audience usage while maintaining data quality and governance standards.
  • Ensure identity data and CDP audiences are designed with privacy, consent, regional compliance, and scalability in mind.
  • Lead requirements gathering and author clear product documentation, functional specifications, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering throughout design, development, testing, rollout, and iteration.
  • Balance platform scalability, partner needs, studio implementation effort, data quality, privacy requirements, and player experience.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of identity and audience features, evaluating impact on account creation, linkage rates, engagement, activation, and other portfolio-level KPIs.
  • Iterate on roadmap priorities based on performance data, partner feedback, and evolving business objectives.
