Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, RS Medical designs and manufactures non-invasive electrotherapy devices that provide pain relief and muscle rehabilitation for patients suffering from chronic musculoskeletal conditions. As a member of our Product Management team, you'll have the opportunity to work on products that directly impact patient care while collaborating with experts across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales. This position is a full-time, hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home and on site. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in medical devices, durable medical equipment (DME), orthopedics, neurology, pain management, or healthcare industries.
  • Experience supporting product launches or commercialization activities.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, product requirements, or training materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather market insights and translate customer needs into product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support product lifecycle management activities from development through commercialization.
  • Assist in the development of product strategies, marketing plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and deliver product training and support commercial activities.
  • Assist with product launches, business case development, pricing and go-to-market planning.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, training materials, and technical content.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and regulatory compliance.
  • Support and lead cross-functional project teams by helping track timelines, deliverables, and project objectives.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events as needed.
