About The Position

As a Product Manager on the Hospitality + Standards team, you will help shape the products, experiences, and capabilities that enable Starbucks partners to create meaningful customer connections and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. Working across a portfolio of field-facing products that support customer recovery, coffeehouse training, operational standards, and other partner experiences, you will identify opportunities, define scalable solutions, and partner across functions to strengthen customer trust, support operational excellence, and evolve the Starbucks coffeehouse experience.

Requirements

  • Influences cross-functional teams to prioritize key brand initiatives and drives alignment with leaders
  • Facilitates decision-making without having the full picture by thoughtfully balancing risk and uncertainty
  • Adapts to new or changing priorities to ensure completion for the most important work
  • Understands current strategy and identifies relevant data and trends that support strategic priorities
  • Drives and influences decision-making with functional leaders that favors alignment over consensus-building

Responsibilities

  • Shape products and experiences that support partners and customers – Identify customer and partner needs, define product strategies and solutions, and guide the evolution of products and capabilities that enhance the Starbucks coffeehouse experience.
  • Drive product direction through insights, influence, and collaboration – Use customer, partner, and business insights to shape priorities, influence decision-making, align cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously improve the experiences and capabilities that support partners and customers.
