You'll treat our go-to-market stack as a product — partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify leverage points, then working with a dedicated GTM Engineering team to build and integrate the tools that unlock velocity across the revenue organization. This role sits at the intersection of product and revenue operations — ideal for someone who understands both the technical architecture of a modern GTM stack and the commercial workflows it needs to support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management or revenue/sales operations, with a focus on GTM systems or internal tooling in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • AI-pilled and start every task with “how can AI make this easier?”
  • Deep familiarity with the modern GTM stack — CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, sales engagement (Outreach), and CS platforms, as well as modern AI tools (Claude Code, etc)
  • Technically fluent — comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations without needing to write the code yourself.
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption of new systems or processes across a revenue organization.
  • Systems Thinking: You design in terms of pipelines, integrations, and feedback loops. You anticipate downstream consequences and build for scale from the start.
  • Revenue Motion Fluency: You understand how deals get done, how campaigns convert, and how CS teams drive retention — and you use that understanding to build systems that accelerate each motion.
  • AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.
  • Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.
  • Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary.
  • Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the product roadmap for Superhuman's GTM systems (as the technical counterpart to RevOps), including CRM, marketing automation, lead routing, sales enablement tooling, and customer success platforms
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to identify process gaps and prioritize the highest-leverage AI systems investments
  • Work with GTM Engineering to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and improve data quality across the revenue stack
  • Define and track metrics for GTM system performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven iteration
  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for GTM automation, managing AI vendor relationships where needed
  • Translate revenue team needs into clear technical requirements, and bridge the gap between business process and system implementation

Benefits

  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)
  • Disability and life insurance options
  • 401(k) and RRSP matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • 20 days of paid time off per year
  • 12 days of paid holidays per year
  • two floating holidays per year
  • flexible sick time
  • Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)
  • Annual professional development budget and opportunities
