WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations. As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control—helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products. Growth at WorkOS spans the entire customer journey. From a developer's first API call to enterprise deployment, you'll identify where customers find value, where they get stuck, and how we help them grow. You'll own activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention across the platform. You'll define how we measure success, build our experimentation practice, and partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to drive meaningful business outcomes. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on company growth.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.
Experience leading growth, onboarding, monetization, activation, or retention for a developer platform, API product, infrastructure company, or B2B SaaS product.
Experience with product-led growth.
Experience with API or usage-based pricing models.
Strong product instincts backed by data.
Deep experience designing and evaluating experiments.
Strong understanding of developer workflows and customer experience.
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly.
Excellent cross-functional partner who can influence teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Responsibilities

Own Product Growth across the WorkOS platform.
Develop the strategy for how developers discover, adopt, and expand their use of WorkOS.
Define the metrics that measure acquisition, activation, monetization, expansion, and retention.
Build and scale a product experimentation program.
Improve onboarding and reduce time-to-value for new developers.
Identify friction throughout the customer journey and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
Partner with Engineering and Design to ship improvements that increase customer adoption and business impact.
Work with Marketing to improve acquisition and attribution.
Partner with Sales to strengthen the product-qualified lead motion and enterprise expansion path.
Use customer research, analytics, and experimentation to guide roadmap decisions.
Communicate strategy, priorities, and results across the company.
