About The Position

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Product Manager -Gas based in East Coast of the US. You’ll be responsible for the execution of portfolio product introductions and will be deeply involved in working with the Product Line Manager in initiating, scoping, planning, and executing major new product introductions. This role will work in close collaboration with Product Management, Product Engineering, Procurement, and regional commercial and operation stakeholders for who you will translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and driving their fulfilment via our product management framework. Requirements

  • Experience in a product-focused role (e.g., engineering, supply chain, operations) within a product-led organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong commercial understanding.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Clear communicator with good presentation skills, confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated to take ownership of deliverables, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, culturally aware, and committed to continuous business and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product introductions, changes, and updates organization-wide.
  • Coordinate business case proposals, product requirements, and specifications.
  • Support product lifecycle decisions (launch, upgrade, phase-out).
  • Lead project execution and stakeholder communication.
  • Analyse market intelligence, competitor offerings, trends, and product performance to inform strategy.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance product and company competitiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align project activities with product requirements.
  • Prepare product updates, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate dependencies and communicate project progress.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment on product updates and decisions.
