Product Manager, Existing Products, Visual Lease & CoStar Real Estate Manager
About The Position
CoStar Group is seeking a passionate Product Manager to contribute to the evolution of its corporate occupier product portfolio, which includes Visual Lease, CoStar Real Estate Manager, and new product development. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical collaboration, subject matter expertise, strategic prioritization, and a commitment to data quality. The Product Manager will support the entire development lifecycle, working with other Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create innovative solutions for lease portfolio strategy, real estate transaction management, lease administration, and accounting compliance for a global client base. This position is ideal for someone who excels at solving complex integration challenges, creating new customer and partner value, and influencing stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The role is full-time and based in either Iselin, New Jersey, or Atlanta, GA, requiring an in-office presence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of digital Product Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or College
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders to execute objectives
- Knowledge of product lifecycle and internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of CoStar Real Estate Manager and/or Visual Lease products
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with analytics tools like SSMS, PowerBI, or Pendo
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, lease administration, or transaction management
- Understanding of enterprise integrations and data architecture; how systems exchange and govern information securely
- Interest in building data-powered user experiences
- Passion for leveraging new technologies like AI, automation or predictive analytics to enhance product capabilities
- Experience using research tools such as LogRocket, Maze or Dovetail
- Excitement for moving quickly on new ideas and seeing projects through
Responsibilities
- Support product managers in defining and delivering product features and enhancements
- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements, user needs, and feedback
- Participate in customer interviews, research, and data analysis
- Help translate product ideas into basic workflows, mockups, or documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and design to support feature development
- Contribute to testing, validation, and iteration of product features
- Assist in analyzing usage data and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintain clear communication across stakeholders and document decisions
