About The Position

At Coviance, we're transforming the digital lending experience. We build technology that helps financial institutions simplify and improve the lending process—and we're looking for a Product Manager who is excited to help drive what's next. We're looking for a collaborative, customer-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise integrations. If you're someone who loves solving complex problems, digging into customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and turning ideas into impactful products, this could be the role for you. As the Product Manager – Enterprise Integrations, you'll help determine what our product development team builds and delivers to customers while supporting Coviance's overall product vision and strategy. You'll lead a collaborative, customer experience-driven product development team focused on innovation and meaningful outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone willing to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and help push the envelope of digital lending.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of UX principles and experience with UX/UI prototyping.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A strategic and intellectually curious mindset with a strong focus on outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and clearly communicate activities and priorities across stakeholders.
• Experience motivating and collaborating with product development teams.
• Working knowledge of the lending industry, either through professional or personal experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
• Loan Origination Software platforms such as MeridianLink, Sync1, or Encompass.
• CORE platforms such as Correlation, FiServ, or Symitar.
• B2B and recurring revenue business models.
• The lending industry and its technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an outcome-based roadmap for Coviance's enterprise integrations.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery to uncover problems, understand user needs, and identify opportunities to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable product concepts, including prototypes, user maps, and journey maps.
• Define, document, and manage feature requirements for the product development team.
• Lead the product and engineering teams through discovery, prioritization, and development.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and other teams to drive successful product outcomes.
• Define meaningful product metrics and outcomes and continuously analyze performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, strategic changes, and innovations.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product Management and other Product Managers to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value to Coviance and our clients while supporting our overall product vision and strategy.
• Help motivate and guide product development team members toward shared outcomes.
