You will sit at the intersection of complex data integrations, sensitive member data, and the engagement tools and campaigns that drive activation and retention. This role spans technical depth and member impact — from eligibility file ingestion and payer data feeds to the outreach tools and campaigns that turn eligible members into active, engaged participants. You'll partner with engineering, operations, payer partnerships, marketing, and analytics to build reliable, scalable systems that handle sensitive data with care while driving meaningful member outcomes. AI is central to how you build and what you build — from automating data validation to powering intelligent engagement. This is an individual contributor role. You'll be expected to drive outcomes through ownership, cross-functional partnership, and strong hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with hands-on ownership of technical products involving data integrations, eligibility, or health data — healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Direct experience with eligibility data feeds, file formats, enrollment workflows, or payer/employer data exchanges
  • Comfort working with technical integration challenges — APIs, data pipelines, file ingestion, cross-system reconciliation — and communicating clearly with engineering and operations partners
  • Experience building or improving engagement tools, campaigns, or outreach workflows that drive user activation — not just backend systems
  • Attentive to data sensitivity and privacy — you understand the stakes of handling member health and eligibility data and build accordingly
  • Excited about AI as both a product capability and a development accelerator — you use AI tools in your own work and think about how AI changes the products you build
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-moving environments where you need to balance technical precision with speed

Responsibilities

  • Own the eligibility and enrollment product area: ingestion, validation, enrollment lifecycle, payer data integrations, and cross-platform eligibility signals
  • Build and improve the tools, campaigns, and workflows that drive member activation and engagement — not just data plumbing, but the experiences that turn eligibility into impact
  • Partner with engineering, operations, payer partnerships, and marketing to deliver compliant, resilient, and extensible solutions
  • Translate complex eligibility rules and payer requirements into intuitive, reliable member-facing experiences
  • Drive AI integration into eligibility and engagement workflows — automating validation, improving accuracy, and enabling intelligent outreach
  • Use data and insights — product analytics, operational signals, business needs — to inform prioritization and measure impact
  • Ensure sensitive member data is handled with the highest standards of privacy, security, and compliance throughout every integration and workflow

Benefits

  • Maven for Mavens: access to the full platform and specialists, including care for mental health, reproductive health, family planning and pediatrics.
  • Whole-self care through wellness partnerships
  • Hybrid work, in office meals, and work together days
  • 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave and new parent stipend (for Mavens who've been with us for 1 year+)
  • Annual professional development stipend and access to a personal career coach through Maven for Mavens
  • 401K matching for US-based employees, with immediate vesting
