The Product Manager - eCommerce is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role drives customer connection and sales conversion activities using customer service chat bots/agents. The individual will internalize and deeply understand the company's mission and strategies, as well as the objectives of the eCommerce team. Key aspects include authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, executing a portion of project testing, and developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan with cross-functional internal teams and external partners. The Product Manager ensures product quality expectations are defined and known, uses data (competitive intel, A/B Testing, customer behavior, contact ticket analysis, business metrics) to inform product direction, monitors and measures launched products, and communicates plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders.
