About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager with e-commerce experience to join our team. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from development and supplier coordination to ensuring product data accuracy and compliance for various sales channels, including Amazon and wholesale. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with PIM systems and large product catalogs. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams to ensure successful product launches and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in product development, supplier management, or catalog management
• Advanced Excel skills with strong process and systemization abilities
• Experience with PIM systems, SKU management, or large product catalogs
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with understanding of Amazon, wholesale, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of branding, packaging, and visual consistency

Responsibilities

• Manage product development, supplier coordination, and product lifecycle processes
• Build and maintain organized PIM systems and SKU databases across 1,000+ products
• Oversee product data, packaging, artwork, compliance, and catalog accuracy for Amazon and wholesale channels
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, factories, and operations teams to ensure high-quality product launches
• Ensure all products meet marketplace, labeling, barcode, and packaging requirements before production
• Improve workflows, systemization, and operational efficiency using advanced Excel and process-driven organization
• Manage timelines, prioritize high-volume projects, and maintain strong vendor relationships
