E-Commerce Manager

Alfa Laval•Richmond, VA
•$95,000 - $110,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The E-Commerce Manager will play a key role in shaping and scaling Alfa Laval North America's B2B e-commerce strategy. This is an opportunity to influence how we engage customers and channel partners digitally, accelerate adoption of our e-commerce capabilities, and turn digital commerce into an increasingly effective commercial channel across Food & Pharma, Energy, Ocean, and Service. You will help define what great B2B e-commerce looks like for Alfa Laval in North America. Working across commercial teams, digital marketing, global stakeholders, and business leaders, you will translate customer and business needs into a clear strategic roadmap and lead its activation. In the near term, you will help accelerate adoption of Alfa Laval's evolving e-commerce environment and create an effective experience for customers, channel partners, and internal users. Longer term, you will identify opportunities to scale the channel, improve the customer journey, generate demand, increase digital engagement, and create measurable commercial impact. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys building, influencing, and creating structure, rather than simply operating within an established playbook. You will have the opportunity to bring your expertise, challenge how we work today, and help shape where we go next.
