About The Position

The Product Manager position is responsible for managing and maximizing the value of our digital experience platform (DXP) umbrella, specifically focusing on our modern composable stack: Sitecore AI, Vercel, and RotaryUI. RotaryUI is our shared React component library. Sitting uniquely within the IT Architecture team, this role reports to the Lead Architect and works closely with Business Owners, Architects, UX Design, and Development teams to manage the product backlog, understand competing priorities, and provide all necessary details for the development team to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a product manager or technical product lead, ideally with experience managing multiple product lines or platform teams
  • Familiarity with the product management lifecycle and modern web architectures (Headless CMS, APIs, Microservices, and Edge deployment)
  • Experience managing Enterprise CMS/DXP platforms and/or frontend platform products (Sitecore highly preferred; experience with design systems or component libraries is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with proven experience actively managing a board in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment
  • Experience building consensus across groups with different priorities and leading diverse cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications (CSPO, CSM) or direct experience with Sitecore AI, Sitecore Search, or Vercel/Next.js ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Managing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across both the DXP platform (Sitecore AI and Vercel) and Enterprise Web Services (RotaryUI component library and shared frontend infrastructure)
  • Owning, grooming, and maintaining product backlogs across both DXP and EWS by translating high-level business goals and internal platform needs into actionable Epics, Technical User Stories, and clear Acceptance Criteria
  • Facilitating daily Agile team ceremonies, including running the daily standup, leading Kanban/Scrum board walkthroughs
  • Stewarding the RotaryUI design system and component library as a shared internal platform product—prioritizing the component roadmap, coordinating between consuming application teams, and ensuring EWS delivery aligns with DXP and design needs
  • Balancing the prioritization of new business features with essential architectural tasks (e.g., paying down technical debt, platform upgrades, and infrastructure optimizations)
  • Driving the internal adoption of Sitecore AI for personalization, intelligent search, and content optimization, helping the business understand the "art of the possible"
  • Championing our Vercel / Headless Frontend architecture to advocate for fast, high-performing user experiences and excellent site performance
  • Acting as the primary liaison between non-technical Business Owners and deeply technical Architects and Engineering teams to unblock development work
  • Partnering with vendors (Sitecore, Vercel) to stay ahead of product roadmaps and proactively strengthen our digital experience capabilities
