Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency navigating and integrating data from major Electronic Health Record platforms, specifically Epic or Cerner.
  • Deep technical understanding of healthcare data exchange protocols, including HL7 and FHIR, to support seamless data liquidity across the continuum of care.
  • Proven track record of managing people and leading complex, multi-year technology transformation projects within an acute or ambulatory healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategic lifecycle of high-scale healthcare data portfolios, aligning product specifications and roadmaps with enterprise-level clinical and operational objectives through rigorous portfolio management and user persona identification.
  • Architect comprehensive data product strategies for Clinical, Population Health, or Revenue Cycle domains, translating complex business requirements into scalable, actionable data products within modern cloud environments (Snowflake, GCP).
  • Lead and mentor high-performing Product Owners to cultivate an empowered delivery culture, leveraging Agile frameworks to navigate intricate cross-team dependencies and mitigate technical risks during large-scale technology transformations.
  • Define and monitor traceable KPIs and success metrics, utilizing sophisticated data analytics and continuous usability testing to iterate on feature sets and ensure products yield quantifiable, value-based healthcare outcomes.
  • Facilitate high-stakes "build vs. buy" analyses and go-to-market strategies, ensuring the data product portfolio integrates emerging industry trends and healthcare interoperability standards to maintain a future-proof technology roadmap.
