About The Position
You will lead the development of AI -powered and data -driven products that translate complex data into real -world decisions. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science, owning product direction from concept through to scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning and shipping AI, ML, or data products
- Strong technical fluency working with engineers and data scientists
- Experience in fast -paced, ambiguous, or early -stage environments
- Ability to define product direction from unclear problem spaces
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, fintech, or regulated industries
- Exposure to LLMs, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Background in engineering, data science, or analytics
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for AI/data products
- Lead 0→1 product initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Partner closely with engineering and data science teams
- Translate AI/ML outputs into usable, scalable products
- Drive product discovery with users and stakeholders
- Define success metrics and iterate based on impact
