About The Position

Born and based in Barcelona, Nacar is an award-winning Strategic Design Agency, impassioned by our agile and international team composed of over 130 creative professionals (design strategists, researchers, product and UX/UI designers, engineers, and overall creatives). We work with all-size clients from across multiple industries, collaborating in innovation and establishing solutions and product strategies that apply to Industrial, Digital, Brand and Service Design. We also contribute to their digitalization, by conceptualizing and prototyping new, human centered products and services around technological capabilities. With a hybrid-work model and flexible working hours, we are powered by a culture of communication, collaboration, proactivity and positivity, always aiming to humanize technology experiences and to transform into the phygital future. Our offices, an urban oasis, are located in the beautiful Palo Alto, an old factory in Poblenou, restored and converted into studios for designers and artists. Nacar was made to be a place where people can grow and impact the world, and we’re in continuous growth to always provide our best. We're currently looking for a Product Manager & CRO based in Brazil to join our team and work on one of our biggest clients’ Digital Experience Optimization, owning experimentation programs across their eCommerce surfaces. This is initially a 6-month project with great possibilities of extension to an indefinite contract.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of program management or product management experience, with at least 3 years owning experimentation or A/B testing programs at scale on consumer-facing digital properties; eCommerce strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated comfort with experimentation methodology including overall evaluation criteria, holdback discipline, sample-ratio mismatch detection, interaction effects, and the difference between practical and statistical significance.
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills across product management, merchandising, UX research, analytics, and engineering — including experience arbitrating competing priorities against shared business objectives.
  • Comfort presenting evidence that disconfirms leadership or stakeholder hypotheses and translating non-winning tests into decision-relevant learning.
  • Track record of regional or global program coordination, including coordination across multiple eCommerce stacks or business units.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to calibrate from operational detail to executive narrative without losing rigor at either altitude.
  • Hands-on experience with a mature experimentation platform (Dynamic Yield strongly preferred; Optimizely, Adobe Target, or VWO acceptable).
  • Web analytics experience required — Adobe Analytics strongly preferred; Google Analytics acceptable.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
  • BA/BS in a quantitatively-oriented discipline (mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, business analytics, or similar) preferred. Equivalent demonstrated experience considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating in a Center of Excellence model with embedded business-unit relationships.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted hypothesis development, intake refinement, or analysis acceleration tooling.
  • Familiarity with feature-flag and deployment - instrumentation patterns at scale.
  • Basic SQL or analyst-grade query capability for results validation.
  • Awareness of Dynamic Yield personalization capability.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers, merchandisers, UX researchers, and analysts to shape hypotheses at intake — coaching toward better-formed questions rather than gating on incomplete requests.
  • Own the experimentation roadmap for assigned eCommerce surfaces; arbitrate prioritization across stakeholders against shared business objectives.
  • Design experiments using methodology, including overall evaluation criteria selection, holdback structure, sample-ratio integrity, and interaction-effect awareness for high-impact tests.
  • Manage the experimentation lifecycle end-to-end: intake clarification, development partnership with engineering, QA coordination, launch, monitoring, analysis, and results communication.
  • Adapt patterns from cross-stack and cross-regional experimentation work to local stakeholder context; contribute new patterns back to the shared library when locally-discovered insights generalize.
  • Partner with regional receiving teams on the experimentation guardrails that let those teams operate independently with confidence.
  • Communicate results in language calibrated to operational, tactical, and executive audiences: winners that ship, learnings from non-winners, and decision-relevant signal across the full test corpus.
  • Maintain the experimentation registry: hypothesis, design, audience, guardrails, results, and decision attribution.
