About The Position

Scale Media is a consumer goods company that builds and grows DTC wellness brands from scratch. Our portfolio includes Live Conscious, 1MD, and Essential Elements. Scale Media is a people‑first company with a mission to build science‑backed wellness brands that help people live long, healthy, and happy lives. We work remotely, with regular in‑person lunches and team gatherings in LA.

Requirements

  • DTC CRO experience. You've run high-volume site testing programs at a DTC brand. You're fluent across LP, PDP, checkout, and subscription flow optimization, and you know what good test design looks like.
  • Player-coach mindset. You're equally comfortable doing the work yourself and leading a small team doing adjacent work. You don't see hands-on execution and team leadership as a trade-off.
  • Strong analytical instincts. You're comfortable with funnel data, test statistics, and the difference between a real result and noise. You know how to design a test to produce a confident answer.
  • Systems thinking at the program level. You can build a testing program that scales, with clear prioritization, consistent quality, and learnings that compound.
  • AI fluency at the workflow level. You design AI-enabled workflows using whatever tools fit the job and evolve them as the tooling shifts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. You partner well with Growth, Performance Creative, and Development without creating unnecessary process overhead.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong backgrounds include: CRO leads at scaled DTC brands, Site optimization specialists from high-growth consumer companies, Growth marketing managers with deep testing backgrounds
  • Experience managing junior testers or analysts
  • Familiarity with site testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Intelligems, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer subscription businesses
  • Familiarity with subscription DTC funnels

Responsibilities

  • Direct ownership of PDPs, checkout, and subscription flows. You'll personally design tests, drive execution, and surface learnings across these high-leverage surfaces.
  • Landing page testing program. Leading the LP testing program. Setting prioritization, raising the bar on quality, and ensuring LP learnings reinforce the broader funnel work.
  • Experimentation rigor. Ensuring tests across the program are well-designed, statistically sound, and learning-oriented — not just velocity for its own sake.
  • Analytics and reporting. Reporting on test results, win rates, and funnel performance trends in a way that drives decisions.
  • AI-enabled workflows. Designing how AI tooling improves site testing from variant generation to analysis to operational throughput. Tools shift quickly; we're looking for someone who thinks in workflows and outcomes rather than specific platforms.
  • Team leadership. Managing and developing the LP Testing team. Setting standards, raising the bar on test quality, and helping the team grow.
