About The Position

Join our team as Product Manager, Content & Partnerships and lead the strategy, creation, and prioritization of educational content and care partnerships that empower family caregivers of people living with dementia. This role is central to how Cerestidelivers a personalized, highly engaging and effective program. You will own the product vision for Ceresti’s caregiver content and partner ecosystem. You will not produce content directly, but will oversee content production, prioritize what gets built, and ensure it works flawlessly across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablets. You will package content into customizable programs, partner with engineering to build personalized care plans, and identify and integrate partners that meaningfully extend Ceresti’s offering. This is a role suited for a Product Manager who is energized by content strategy, personalization, and building partnerships that improve the caregiver experience. About Us & What We Do Ceresti is on a mission to reduce avoidable hospitalizations and improve care for people living with dementia while improving the lives of their families and caregivers. We envision a world in which family caregivers of people living with dementia are supported and have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide the best possible care for their loved ones. Ceresti is a tech-enabled dementia care provider with a differentiated model of care that improves outcomes and delivers guaranteed cost savings by including family caregivers in the care team. We offer health plans and accountable care organizations a turnkey solution for impacting a population that has limited engagement in traditional clinical programs. Our culture is rooted in agility, innovation, and collaboration. We believe that every idea—no matter how small—can spark a meaningful improvement. Together, we create solutions that make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more compassionate and cost-effective care for those who need it most.
