About The Position

Thomson Reuters is hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap for trust, security, and compliance capabilities of its agentic AI platform. The role calls for hands-on experience shipping SaaS products in regulated environments and translating compliance and audit requirements into product requirements, engineering work, and customer trust. The Product Manager works with engineering, security, legal, and customer-facing teams in an agile, CI/CD environment to keep the platform shippable, auditable, and responsive to customer needs. The role owns compliance-relevant product capabilities, including identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, and secure deployment models. It translates requirements from regulatory frameworks and government security mandates into product and engineering plans, supports audit readiness, defines success measures, and balances regulatory and enterprise needs with platform velocity. The position also partners with sales, customer success, and solutions engineering to support enterprise and government customers. The role is offered with a flexible hybrid work model for office-based employees. Eligible office locations include New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, McLean, and Washington, DC. Compensation depends on location and individual qualifications. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
