About The Position

This position owns operational functions within the Product Management Division (PM) and is a point of contact for company-wide initiatives for the division. This encompasses being a project leader and division contact for C-Suite and Executive Reviews within PowerBI, RFP responses, Infor, and iQQ. This position will provide division-wide training and high quality client service and sales support. Additional responsibilities include identifying needs and creating project plans for improvement. This position will take ultimate ownership of assigned products and is directly responsible for product management, partner relationship management, and business development. This position is directly responsible for financial management, education, marketing, administration, and sales and client support of assigned products. This position will regularly meet with product partners to establish and maintain a deep relationship and become the internal subject matter expert (SME) in order to effectively champion products. This position will independently establish and implement marketing/business plans designed to educate our sales team, stimulate sales activity, and support product growth. This position will ensure assigned products are accurately represented, rated and connected to Allied’s point-of-sale delivery system (iQQ) as well as lender’s Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). This position will work with senior management to establish budgets and manage monthly financials. In addition, the position will manage and support corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • 3-4 years of directly related work experience required

Responsibilities

  • Take ultimate ownership of assigned product(s).
  • Meet with assigned product providers regularly to remain Allied’s internal subject matter expert (SME) in order to champion products and manage provider relationships for assigned products.
  • Understand product and market relevance and trends.
  • Ensure compliance regulations/requirements.
  • Identify competitors and understand competitive marketplace to effectively communicate information in order to drive marketing strategies.
  • Oversee, develop, maintain, and monitor lead registration and pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate product setup, quoting and fulfillment through Allied’s point-of-sale delivery system (iQQ).
  • Oversee implementation, maintenance, and accuracy of all rates, taxes and program features in iQQ.
  • Troubleshoot product technical discrepancies.
  • Submit and test enhancements including testing and certification of new Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
  • Maintain flex grids to ensure proper rating, verbiage and other product related changes.
  • Provide product and sales support to Allied team members and clients.
  • Perform and/or participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with Allied Legal for research and communication of product compliance to the Allied field and clients.
  • Manage and monitor monthly product financials, control expenses to adhere to the established budget, understand and explain variances, develop and implement remediation plans, assist with developing the annual budget for assigned products.
  • Manage partner commission detail and financial resolution.
  • Perform and/or participate in provider commission audits and resolve any issues.
  • Serve as iQQ business unit representative for all point of sale products, maintaining bi-weekly touchpoints with Product Owners to provide multi-product context on tickets, enhancements, bugs, etc.
  • Ensure the thorough development and testing of system enhancement executables as they apply to POS technology systems and products.
  • Define and launch new products to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Systematically assess the effectiveness of business procedures in alignment with organizational goals, proactively identifying and implement operational improvements.
  • Serve as the business unit representative for the iQQ Business Continuity plan ensuring high value clients are able to continue quoting and selling in the event of a full outage.
  • Collaborate with all departments within PM&CS to furnish essential data and information required for the seamless execution of C-Suite and Executive Reviews, emphasizing the operational intricacies.
  • Identify opportunities for new PowerBI reports in conjunction with the Data Intelligence and Product Teams.
  • Advise on report development, test report functionality and ensure consistency across all products.
  • Independently establish and implement business/marketing plans for both new and existing products to educate our sales team, stimulate sales activity, and support product growth.
  • Create, update, and distribute product information and marketing material to support marketing plans and drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Oversee complex client implementations.
  • Meet with Partners regularly to establish and maintain a good working relationship.
  • Establish yourself as Allied product SME.
  • Ensure Allied receives timely payment from providers.
  • Work together to ensure product is rated and setup properly as well as troubleshoot technical discrepancies.
  • Explore new ways to market the product in order to bring on more lenders and increase sales.
  • Provide suggestions/ideas on how to effectively work with Allied Reps.
  • Ensure partner and Allied reps are working cohesively and partner’s actions are complimentary to Allied’s.
  • Manage all escalated issues.
  • Work together to mitigate losses by implementing case management as needed.
