The Product Manager-Business Banking plays a key role in driving delivery of Candescent’s Banking Platform capabilities. This role translates product vision and user insights into clear, prioritized features and user stories for an agile development team of 8–10 members. The Product Manager- Business Banking, partners collaboratively with customers, internal Product Managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements to the digital banking experience. Responsibilities include roadmap refinement, backlog grooming, release planning, and participation in user groups, including the Product Advisory Council.
