About The Position

As Product Manager Americas, you will support key accounts by driving the commercial performance, sustainability, and growth of the product portfolio. The role contributes to account-centric product strategy, provides product input for RFPs and tenders, supports strategic partner renewals, and plays an active role in portfolio optimization and product transformation initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Deployment, and Governance, the role supports compliant offer design, commercial decision-making, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, business, economics, law or related field or comparable education
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management, product development or similar function experience.
  • Understanding of Insurance Terms and Conditions
  • Understanding of the impact of products components across different functions
  • Data Driven decision making and KPIs orientation
  • Communication fitting to respective stakeholders including influencing and presenting
  • Structured Problem Solving using appropriate tools
  • International agility; ability to operate across multiple regions and cultural contexts
  • Project and time management skills; prioritization planning
  • Effective with AI-enabled tools to create process efficiency
  • Proficient with English (both verbal and written)

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of insurance industry & regulatory environment a plus
  • Knowledge of travel product portfolios a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support performance, sustainability, and growth of product portfolios across key North America accounts and product development for LatAm as needed.
  • Provide product expertise for high-value RFPs and tenders, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Act as SME for product design, evolution, and portfolio optimization across regions.
  • Contribute to new product development and enhancement of existing offerings.
  • Manage significant product changes in line with governance, regulatory, and lifecycle standards.
  • Design and structure competitive offers for new and existing partners across North America.
  • Align offers with market trends, regulatory requirements, distribution models, and product strategy.
  • Support deviation management by coordinating with Governance and Underwriting to ensure compliant execution.
  • Provide product input to support underwriting decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Deployment, and Governance to deliver aligned product solutions.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and broader product management priorities.
  • Enable localization and clear partner communication across markets.
  • Operate effectively within AI-enabled, data-driven environments, ensuring responsible use aligned with governance and security standards.
