The company is building an agentic billing system designed to collect operational metrics and present a billing dashboard to customers. As an AI-native contact center platform, Crescendo offers outcome-based pricing, and the billing dashboard will display CX outcomes, projections, and detailed billing information. The role seeks a high-agency Technical Product Manager with CX domain experience who is comfortable using agentic coding tools to build software. This product manager will be responsible for building a fully working first pass of this system, supported by an elite Agentic engineering team for scalable and secure product delivery. The product will gather and organize operational data from various sources, including the Crescendo technology platform, sales contracts database, and financial information from finance and invoicing services, to be presented on a self-service billing dashboard for enterprise customers. This Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering and interface directly with Crescendo Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in enterprise software (SaaS) who are looking to reinvent an AI-native delivery model with outcome-based packaging.
