About The Position

Raptive is seeking a Product Manager to join our Ad Code team. The Ad Code Product Manager will help identify and implement incremental revenue opportunities that support our network of more than 6,700 publishers. This role will partner closely with Ad Code Product leadership to turn strategy into execution through product requirements, experiments, delivery plans, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management, technical project management, ad technology, digital media, or a related field
  • Strong ability to turn team and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, tickets, workflows, and next steps
  • Experience partnering with Engineering teams on technical products, including implementation details, delivery risks, and tradeoffs
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for ticket writing, stakeholder updates, documentation, and project reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to understand product performance, evaluate experiments, and inform prioritization
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, publisher monetization, web technology, or revenue products
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, follow up on open questions, and keep important details organized
  • Collaborative working style and curiosity to build deeper expertise in ad code, auction dynamics, and revenue optimization

Responsibilities

  • Translate ad code and auction dynamics priorities into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation tickets
  • Help research and refine ideas that could improve publisher revenue, auction performance, ad delivery, or monetization outcomes
  • Track Engineering workstreams, clarify open questions, surface blockers, and help keep projects moving toward launch
  • Prepare concise project updates, rollout notes, status reporting, and post-launch summaries for internal partners
  • Help define hypotheses, success metrics, rollout plans, monitoring needs, and follow-up analysis for product experiments
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Data teams to understand problems, surface tradeoffs, and help move solutions forward
