About The Position

Elevate is seeking a Product Manager, Accessories who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed. The Accessories Product Manager is responsible and accountable for the Accessories Product P&L and driving the strategic growth of Elevate’s roofing business. This includes providing clear and customer centric inputs to product development, product rationalization, market positioning, and market launch using a stage-gate process for all products in the Amrize Building Envelope Portfolio of that product category.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering/Business or related field, MBA Preferred
  • Direct experience and knowledge base in PVC roofing products a must
  • 10 years progressive experience in Engineering/Technology/Marketing/Sales functions or related field
  • Experience in a combination of the following areas: Project Management, Product Management, Product Development, Marketing & Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance for a Building Material major supplier
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of products related to Construction industry, B2B or Industrial goods
  • Travel required up to 25%
  • Data driven personality with strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities
  • Excel capabilities is a must
  • Can do attitude and ambition to have an impact on the business

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive understanding of the Accessories markets, including Edge Metal Elevate is competing in, both on a macro-economic and product-specific scale.
  • In alignment with sales and management, analyze product solution sales and profitability along sales channels.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and the customer value of product solutions.
  • Create a regular, strategic customer relationship strategy in alignment with sales to assess customer and industry needs and to identify strategic customer partnerships for launching new products.
  • Develop a life cycle strategy to optimize existing product solution portfolios with a focus on optimizing cost, complexity, and portfolio efficiency and effectiveness related to business impact.
  • Develop a product solution roadmap to expand the product solution portfolio to drive growth through innovation and new product solutions.
  • Execute strategies per agreed-to timeline and KPIs.
  • Maintain continuous and regular customer interactions in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Undertake special projects as requested by management.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization, especially sales, field technical experts, and management.
  • Ensure effective and efficient communication to customers, working teams, and management.
  • Support cross-functional projects as prioritized by the business.
  • Support marketing activities as prioritized by management.
  • Support pricing activities with market and competitive data in coordination with sales and management.
