Product Manager

As a Product Manager of the Delivery Management team at Testlio, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and analyzing problems and solutions for customer engagement management. Your primary users will be Testlio's Delivery function coordinators and client teams. You will collaborate with target users to build efficient and compelling products that leverage AI and workflow automation to streamline engagements. Additionally, you will work closely with product engineering, data science, and design teams to develop a transparent and impact-oriented product vision and roadmap. Your role will involve writing documentation, communicating with the target audience, and driving feedback loops for data-driven decision making and product enhancements.

• Identify opportunities, scope and analyze problems and solutions for customer engagement management
• Collaborate with target users to build best solutions for test case management, test run setups, task management, and more
• Build efficient and compelling products that leverage AI and workflow automation potentials to streamline engagements and serve customers
• Work closely with product engineering team, data science, and design team to build transparent and impact-oriented product vision and roadmaps
• Write good documentation and communicate with the target audience to increase product adoption and awareness
• Drive feedback loops with data-driven decision making and product enhancements
• Solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions to provide value to clients

• Experience as a Product Manager in a similar role
• Ability to identify opportunities and analyze problems and solutions for customer engagement management
• Familiarity with test case management, test run setups, and task management
• Knowledge of AI and workflow automation potentials
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Data-driven decision-making and product enhancement experience
• Ability to collaborate with target users and build transparent and impact-oriented product vision and roadmaps
• Understanding of complex processes and ability to align and configure against various customer settings, contracts, and requirements
