The role connects Finance, Procurement, Accounting, employees, and Technology to scale spend-management operations through intuitive experiences, reliable platforms, strong controls, and intelligent automation. Success includes building strong cross-functional partnerships, understanding the existing S2P and T&E landscape, and delivering measurable improvements to workflows, operational efficiency, user experience, and platform quality.

  • Strong product judgment, stakeholder leadership, technical fluency, operational ownership, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.

  • Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, and third-party SaaS platforms.

  • Define responsible AI requirements with relevant partners, including data quality, human oversight, explainability, access controls, monitoring, evaluation, and failure handling.
  • Define and monitor product metrics such as adoption, cycle time, straight-through processing, manual-touch reduction, approval and reimbursement time, exception rates, policy compliance, data quality, support volume, and user satisfaction.
