Product Manager

The Founding Product Manager at Explo will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the product development process. As the first PM at a Series-A startup, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and implement processes that will streamline the product organization. This role requires collaborating across the entire business, from sales to strategy to product, to deliver impactful products and identify market opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a founder mentality, be comfortable with data concepts, and have experience in a software company. Bonus points for SaaS or data product experience in an early stage start up.

• Establish and manage Explo's product development process
• Establish processes for product roadmapping, OKRs, and goal-setting
• Manage and deliver products that require collaboration across the entire business
• Identify market opportunities to expand value to existing customers and launch new product lines
• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company
• Be comfortable with data concepts like SQL, data manipulation, and dashboarding
• Have a founder mentality and take ownership of the products managed
• Have SaaS experience or data product experience in an early stage start-up (bonus)
