About The Position

Goldman Sachs helps empower clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals through its Wealth Management division. The Private Wealth Management (PWM) team specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions. As a member of the Digital Advocacy Team within Asset & Wealth Management, this role will spearhead AI user engagement, focusing on driving adoption, developing and delivering training, and owning communications. The individual will develop and execute strategies for socializing AI product uplifts, major product enhancements, and publishing AI prompt use cases, with a passion for enhancing user experience through improved platforms and technology. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and an interest in using data to improve engagement across tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably with client-facing customer success.
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to lead efforts on driving AI engagement within AM.
  • Proficiency with AI capabilities and GS AI tooling.
  • Proven history of building deep relationships across internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience generating effective AI prompts for enhanced productivity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to track and further success and platform growth using a data-driven approach.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of personal accountability, going above and beyond to ensure that products are delivered on time with a high degree of quality.
  • Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.
  • Self-motivated, and able to balance quality work while meeting short deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Spearheading AI user engagement across Asset Management, focused on driving adoption, developing and delivering training, and owning communications.
  • Develop and execute the strategy for socializing AI product uplifts, major product enhancements and publishing AI prompt use cases.
  • Laser focused on user engagement, to ensure an experience which exceeds expectations.
  • Leverage adoption data and team feedback to inform product development, incentivize product adoption, and improve training strategy.
  • Collect feedback and communicate it to the product and development teams.
  • Coordinating with AI transformation teams to craft communications ahead of product launches and major uplifts.
