As a Product Management Lead Consultant supporting the Loyalty Transition Program, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our growing product portfolio by identifying opportunities, defining strategy, and delivering solutions that create meaningful value for customers and the business. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Strategy, Digital Products, or a related field
  • Experience translating customer and business needs into impactful product solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to influence decisions
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to drive results
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for customer-centric thinking, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional experiences

Responsibilities

  • Help define and execute the strategy, vision, and roadmap for one or more products within Allstate's expanding digital product portfolio
  • Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Lead product discovery efforts to validate assumptions, test ideas, and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Translate complex business challenges into prioritized product features, user stories, and actionable backlog items
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products that provide measurable customer and enterprise value
  • Author, refine, test, and accept user stories to ensure successful product delivery
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align development efforts with strategic objectives
  • Use customer feedback, market research, competitive insights, and analytics to make informed product decisions
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and continuously improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies, communications plans, and adoption initiatives
  • Provide ongoing feedback throughout development cycles to ensure solutions meet customer and business expectations
  • Foster a culture of experimentation through test-and-learn approaches that accelerate learning and innovation
