This role will lead the design and development of merchant-facing features to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap at a large scale, ensuring alignment of product outcomes with Fiserv’s long-term goals to provide digital banking and merchant solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving product management and data analytics experience.
• Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field and 1 year in any job title involving product management and data analytics experience.
• Prior experience must include 1 year in the following: Defining, developing, and launching products in an Agile environment; Collaborating with customer-facing teams to identify and understand customer needs; Coordinating with cross-functional teams; Data analysis for deriving insights by creating data pipeline and queries; and Data visualization and reporting by creating interactive dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of merchant-facing features to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap at a large scale, ensuring alignment of product outcomes with Fiserv’s long-term goals to provide digital banking and merchant solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis from internal teams and customers to identify feature gaps, customer pain points, and emerging trends, informing data-driven product decisions.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining features, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a product advocate to internal and external partners and lead the efforts to drive issuer and merchant product performance, revenue, and operational efficiency goals.
• Drive the optimization of the issuer and merchant product performance, product rollout, implementation and support efficiency by introducing data-driven decision-making across the business unit.
