Zayo’s Fiber and Transport Product Management team is seeking a Product Management Specialist to support the development and execution of our Metro Dark Fiber portfolio. This role is focused on translating product strategy into execution—gathering and defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and driving cross-functional delivery to bring new capabilities to market and enhance existing services. You will work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to guide services from concept through launch, bridging technical and business priorities to deliver customer-centric solutions. This includes contributing to how products are priced, packaged, positioned, and promoted in the market, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and commercial strategy. This role requires a hands-on, action-oriented mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, turn insights into clear user stories and functional specifications, and drive product delivery in a fast-paced, high-technology environment. You will also support product performance by analyzing data related to adoption, revenue, customer experience, and market competitiveness to inform continuous improvement. As part of the Product team, you will collaborate closely with Strategy and Innovation to evolve the product roadmap, incorporate market and customer insights, and improve product performance through data-driven decision making. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership, analytical thinking, and a solid foundation in product management principles, service-based offerings, and go-to-market execution.
