About The Position

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Management - Rimini Consult Director to join their team. This remote U.S.–based role reports to the EVP & Chief Marketing Officer. The Director, Product Management for Rimini Consult owns the global consulting offer portfolio across all Rimini Street product areas. This role is accountable for defining, evolving, and governing Rimini Consult’s end‑to‑end set of consulting offers to ensure they are clearly packaged, commercially viable, and consistently delivered across regions and products. This is a senior role that leads through influence, portfolio governance, and operating rigor. The Director partners closely with Consulting Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product stakeholders to align client needs, market opportunities, and delivery realities into scalable consulting offers that drive growth and measurable client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, services portfolio management, or consulting offer productization within enterprise technology or professional services organizations.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling services or consulting offers across multiple products or solution areas.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives through influence without direct people management responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and operational rigor, including defining performance metrics and driving measurable improvement.
  • Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex, multi‑stakeholder sales motions.

  • Experience in global consulting or managed services organizations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, applications, and managed services.
  • Experience creating modular scoping tools and reusable delivery assets to improve consistency and speed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global Rimini Consult offer portfolio across all products, ensuring coherence, clarity, and differentiation across solution areas.
  • Define and maintain a unified offer framework, including taxonomy, tiers, scope boundaries, assumptions, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Identify portfolio‑level gaps, redundancies, and growth opportunities using client demand signals, win/loss insights, and delivery feedback.
  • Develop business cases for new offers or material changes, balancing client value, revenue opportunity, margin impact, and delivery feasibility.
  • Lead the productization of consulting services into repeatable, outcome‑based offers spanning assessment, roadmap, implementation, and optimization phases.
  • Partner with Consulting Delivery and Practice Leaders across products to validate delivery readiness, prerequisites, and success criteria.
  • Own the lifecycle of consult offers from intake and definition through launch readiness, adoption, performance measurement, and retirement.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops, including post‑engagement reviews, client feedback, and delivery metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product or Portfolio Marketing to ensure Rimini Consult offers are easy to understand, position, and sell across products.
  • Ensure consistent value propositions, differentiation, and usage guidance across the global consult portfolio.
  • Support strategic deals and complex pursuits by shaping offer selection, scope boundaries, and outcome‑based solution narratives.
  • Define and track core offer performance indicators such as attach rate, conversion, deal cycle time, and delivery health, using insights to prioritize improvements.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for consult offer decisions across products, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment through clear governance mechanisms, decision forums, and documented tradeoffs.
  • Represent Rimini Consult offer strategy in planning and operating cadences and communicate portfolio changes and rationale with executive‑ready clarity.
  • Establish lightweight but durable governance for consult offers, including intake, prioritization, launch readiness, and post‑launch measurement.
  • Define minimum standards for packaged offers, including required artifacts, readiness checks, and measurement plans, to ensure consistent global quality.
  • Increase scalability by reducing bespoke scoping and increasing reuse of standardized modules, delivery patterns, and statement‑of‑work components.
