Product Management Director We have an opportunity for a Product Management Director to join our Product & Strategy team in Home Office – US, reporting to the Vice President, Product Management. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will define and drive Infoblox’s product strategy for securing AI-powered systems and protecting customers against AI-driven threats. Collaborating closely with Product Security, Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Data Science/AI, and GTM teams, you will translate customer needs and emerging AI security risks into differentiated capabilities that help enterprises safely adopt AI while leveraging DNS, DDI, and our broader security platform.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product management experience in security, cloud, or networking platforms, including 3–5 years at Director or Senior Staff/Principal level leading cross-portfolio initiatives
  • Deep cybersecurity expertise (for example, network security, threat detection, exposure management, SOC operations, cloud security), with working knowledge of DNS/DDI or adjacent infrastructure security domains
  • Proven experience building or managing products that leverage AI/ML (for example, anomaly detection, classification, automation, LLM-powered workflows) or securing AI/ML systems (for example, model, data, or application layer)
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and multi-release roadmaps in fast-evolving markets, using customer research, telemetry, and competitive/market analysis to drive prioritization
  • Strong track record of end-to-end product delivery: requirements, design trade-offs, MVP definition, GTM readiness, launch, and iteration based on usage and feedback
  • Exceptional collaboration and influence skills, with experience working across Engineering, Data Science/AI, Threat Intelligence, Product Security, Sales, and Alliances in a global, matrixed environment
  • Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI security concepts to executives, technical practitioners, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers and partners, including leading roadmap sessions, collecting product feedback, and supporting strategic deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field; advanced degree (MS/MBA) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling and ecosystems (for example, LLM platforms, agentic AI frameworks, model observability tools) and with secure-by-design and responsible-AI principles

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for Security for AI offerings across Infoblox’s security portfolio, aligned to company vision and multi-year investment themes
  • Lead discovery with customers, partners, and field teams to identify AI-related use cases (for example, model abuse, prompt injection, data exfiltration via AI tools) and prioritize solutions with clear business outcomes
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science/AI teams to design capabilities that detect and mitigate AI-driven threats using DNS, network telemetry, and threat intelligence, including targeted use of machine learning where it adds measurable value
  • Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new Security for AI features and integrations (for example, LLM gateways, agentic AI security tooling, cloud security platforms)
  • Evaluate and refine AI-driven detection, classification, and automation features through experimentation, A/B testing, and structured feedback loops with customers and internal users
  • Define success metrics and dashboards for Security for AI offerings, including adoption, efficacy, performance, and ROI, leveraging analytics and AI-assisted insight tools to guide iteration
  • Partner with Product Security, Legal, and Architecture to ensure AI-related features meet security, privacy, compliance, and responsible-AI standards
  • Enable Sales, SEs, and Customer Success with compelling positioning, competitive differentiation, and field-ready content for Security for AI use cases in exposure management, Zero Trust, and SOC workflows
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners (for example, hyperscalers, AI security vendors, SIEM/SOAR/EDR platforms) to create integrated AI security solutions and joint go-to-market motions
  • Represent Infoblox as a subject-matter expert for Security for AI at customer briefings, advisory boards, and industry events, translating complex AI threat concepts into clear, actionable messages
