This role leads product management for end-to-end supply chain systems supporting The Home Depot’s appliances initiatives, with a specific focus on scaling stocked appliances in the DFC network to enable faster delivery, including next-day delivery capabilities. The position is accountable for managing product managers, following the 5D product management process (define, discover, design, develop, deliver), and driving cross-functional testing, pilot, and rollout activities across a large network of business, product, engineering, and operational partners for appliance capabilities that span DFCs, MDOs, and 3PL locations. Key areas of ownership include: DFC appliance stocking expansion supporting additional buildings, assortment growth, and operational readiness for stocked appliance flow through MDOs and DFCs. Enablement of reverse fulfillment instructions (RFI) and related returns capabilities for stocked appliances, including issue follow-up and expansion. Disposition of returned product design and process enablement within the DFC, ensuring future-state returns flows are practical, scalable, and aligned with non-stock and stocked appliance scenarios. Crated returns and reverse logistics capabilities needed to return good inventory to stock and route appropriate returns back to vendors. Reverse unbundling, including product leadership for capabilities that enable Home Depot to own reverse transportation back to vendors, improve return speed, reduce customer reschedules, and free capacity in MDOs and 3PL MDOs. Success in this role requires a leader who can break complex appliance initiatives into clear MVPs and iterations, delegate effectively across a team of product managers, maintain strong executive communication, and navigate escalations and reprioritization while keeping high-visibility initiatives on track.
