About The Position

The Manager, Product Management will lead a small product team supporting the GovDeals and AllSurplus technology stack, including the Employee system, Seller Account Management, Asset Management, and Buyer Tools. This role will manage three Product Owners and one Production Support Analyst while also serving as the direct product owner for one assigned underlying product. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership, backlog and roadmap oversight, stakeholder alignment, and delivery support across multiple business-critical platforms. This manager will partner closely with technology, operations, sales, customer support, legal/compliance, and other business stakeholders to ensure product priorities are clear, delivery teams are enabled, production issues are triaged appropriately, and product outcomes support business goals, user needs, and operational efficiency.
