About The Position

As a Product Management Intern for Box AI, you will play a key role in building the next frontier of intelligent content management, leading AI-driven solutions that revolutionize how enterprises interact with their content. In this role, you will be at the helm of driving Box’s AI model lifecycle strategy, execution, and iteration, shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions. You’ll define and execute product roadmaps that enable AI technologies, allowing our customers to unlock insights, automate workflows, and improve collaboration across teams. Requirements

Graduating between December 2026 - June 2027 with a BA/BS, majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
Strong interest in product management and AI technologies, with excitement for building products that solve real user and business problems.
Basic understanding of product development processes, user research, and how to translate customer or stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
Analytical and curious, with the ability to use data and feedback to help inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners, including engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Eager to learn quickly, iterate often, and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs, or enterprise SaaS products through coursework, projects, research, or internships is a plus.
Experience with AI-assisted tools or technical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the Box AI LLM model lifecycle including continuous integration, rigorous evaluation, performance tuning, and iterative optimization.
Define best practices for proactive monitoring, dynamic updates, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and high-impact AI solutions.
Define and own a technically complex product area, balancing the needs of internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, and the rapidly evolving field of AI-driven content management.
Lead end-to-end product development, from identifying business problems to building AI-driven solutions, executing product roadmaps, and driving iteration based on user feedback and data.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and machine learning teams to design, build, and deploy AI models for large-scale content workflows and automation.
Establish a metrics-driven approach to product development, conducting A/B testing and performance evaluations to improve AI product outcomes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and sales, to ensure that AI-driven products meet customer needs and business goals.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring Box remains at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation.
Partner with key teams to effectively communicate the value of Box AI products to enterprise customers.
